Return Process: If you need to return an item, please contact us to initiate the returns process. Note that prescription medication cannot be returned due to safety concerns and legal restrictions. Unneeded or expired medication should be taken to a local pharmacy for proper disposal.

Exchange Policy: We do not offer exchanges. Once your order is returned, a refund will be issued.

Returns Policy Details:

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items not in re-saleable condition.
  • Certain items are non-refundable due to health, hygiene, safety, and copyright reasons.
  • Exceptions include perishable items, medicinal products, personalized items, unsealed products worn next to skin or hair, etc.
